[Investigating] We are currently experiencing latency issues with emails sent via the Transactional platform.
As a result, there will be delays in receiving Transactional emails from all sources, including API, SMTP, Automation, etc.
Currently, the delay in Transactional emails is up to 10 minutes.
Teams are actively working together to identify the root cause and mitigate the latency.
