[Resolved] The incident has been fixed now , Conversations app working fine and as expected .

[Identified] The incident has been identified and good thing is that messages which were sent are not lost. The chat widget is continued working, emails and messages from social networks are retried.

[Investigating] We are presently encountering issue with Conversations app . Conversations app not working , it kept loading . We are actively working on identifying the actual cause and rectifying it.We will keep you posted .
