[Resolved] The issue has been successfully identified and resolved by our technical team. You can now send and receive emails using Gmail and Microsoft addresses through the Conversations service seamlessly. The application is now fully operational and functioning as expected.

[Investigating] We have identified an issue with our conversations feature, affecting Gmail and Microsoft email addresses. Users with these addresses are currently unable to send or receive emails via Conversations service. Our teams are actively investigating the issue and working to resolve it. [Resolved] Notifications will be unavailable under bell icon or emails related to notifications triggered during the incident (10:45 am to 11:45am UTC) For contact imports, you can now successfully import contacts. The “sent” and “cancelled” statuses may be delayed by approximately 1 hour, but they will eventually be updated accordingly in Marketing campaigns. Please note, the processing of the Marketing campaign was not affected, and emails were successfully delivered. The only issue was a delay in updating the campaign statuses. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

[Investigating] We have also noticed that this issue is affecting other services: The campaigns may be stuck in a 'running' or 'cancelling' state. Please be assured that if you cancel the campaign, processing will stop, but there may be a delay in marking the campaign as cancelled. Although the campaign may appear to be running, there is no impact on delivery, and the campaigns should be processed successfully. Whilst importing contacts, you may encounter a 'something went wrong' error. While you'll be able upload the contact file, it will not proceed beyond that point and import will fail at confirming stage. We are actively working to mitigate the impact, and our teams are dedicated to resolving the issue.
