[Monitoring] We experienced a significant surge in requests, and as soon as the issue was identified, our monitoring systems alerted us. Our team responded promptly by scaling up resources to mitigate the impact. While the processing of old open events is still underway, the actual sending of client emails has not been affected. Clients may notice a delay in the updation of open events and in receiving associated Webhooks, but this will not impact email delivery.

[Investigating] We have observed a delay in the tracking of open events for Marketing Emails. Starting from 1:53 PM today, clients may experience a delay in the tracking of open events specifically for Marketing emails. The delay has been observed in both the Email Campaign Reports and the Outbound Webhook functionality. Our technical teams are actively investigating the root cause of the issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible to minimize further impact.
