On February 23rd, 2026, at approximately 3:05 PM CET, multiple production alerts were triggered simultaneously across our platform. Several services experienced degradation and intermittent unavailability, resulting in elevated error rates and processing delays.
The incident was caused by a power outage at one of our hosting providers, triggered by an electrical equipment issue. This event led to multiple infrastructure servers shutting down unexpectedly at the same time, creating a widespread impact across dependent backend systems.
Our Platform and Engineering teams quickly identified the underlying issue, initiated recovery procedures, and progressively restored services.
We sincerely apologize for the disruption and any inconvenience this incident may have caused.
During the incident window, customers may have experienced:
Delays in notification delivery
Delays in transactional and marketing email delivery
Temporary disruption of marketing and transactional email tracking links
Intermittent issues with contact creation and updates
Disruption of workflow automation processes
Impact on meeting scheduling functionality
Intermittent errors within Account Management features
Increased API error responses (HTTP 500/503)
Temporary delays in statistics data availability for a limited number of users
All affected services have since fully recovered.
A subset of statistics-related components required additional recovery time to ensure complete data consistency and integrity.
The incident was triggered by a power outage at one of our hosting providers, caused by an electrical equipment issue within their infrastructure.
As power was lost:
Multiple infrastructure servers shut down unexpectedly.
Core backend services hosted on those servers became unavailable.
Dependent systems experienced cascading timeouts and elevated error rates.
Certain infrastructure components required manual intervention at the data center level before they could be safely powered back on and restarted.
During the recovery phase, additional infrastructure restarts resulted in a brief, limited-scope secondary disruption before full stabilization was achieved.
This was an infrastructure-level power event outside of our direct control, but it directly affected platform availability.
Following the initial alerts, our teams rapidly identified that multiple infrastructure nodes had shut down simultaneously due to a power event at our hosting provider. Immediate mitigation measures were initiated, including restarting all recoverable servers to restore service continuity as quickly as possible.
Infrastructure components that could not be restarted remotely were escalated for on-site data center intervention. Through coordinated recovery efforts, core platform services were progressively restored.
During the recovery process, additional infrastructure interventions caused a brief, limited-scope disruption. This was quickly identified, contained, and resolved.
Once all infrastructure nodes were fully restored, we conducted comprehensive data recovery and integrity verification procedures to ensure consistency and reliability across all systems.
The incident was officially marked as fully resolved after confirming that all services were operating normally and all impacted data had been successfully validated and recovered.
To further strengthen our infrastructure resilience and reduce the risk of similar incidents, we are implementing the following improvements:
We are ensuring that critical database clusters are properly distributed across multiple data centers. This eliminates single points of failure and improves fault tolerance in the event of infrastructure-level disruptions, including power-related events.
We are re-architecting specific event processing components to ensure high availability and redundancy, preventing service disruption if an individual node becomes unavailable.
We are standardizing and hardening automatic restart configurations for key infrastructure components to accelerate recovery and reduce reliance on manual intervention during unexpected shutdowns.
We deeply regret the disruption caused by this incident. Providing a reliable and stable platform remains our highest priority. We are taking proactive steps to strengthen our infrastructure resilience and minimize the risk and impact of similar events in the future.
Thank you for your understanding and continued trust.
